Job Description: To Ensure Monthly targets of Acquisition ,To Ensure Monthly Sales Targets are met ,To Ensure Recruitment & training of his direct sales team, To Ensure to handle a team of 10 people.5) Motivate and Train them to get the good business for the company Recruiting Financial Advisors (Provisional Wealth Managers) for the Company,  training these Advisors for selling insurance policies & other financial products interacting with people, manage the team, meeting clients & achieving targets.
